Our granola is artisan. We approach our flavor profiles as a sommelier would in pairing food with wine. The smell, taste, and finish of our 'Nola comes together to create an artful product. We carefully chose rice paper bags for our packaging. Our 'Nola is as visually appealing as it is delicious.
Our granola is small batch. We make it all by hand in small quantities. This gives us a high level of quality control over our product. If it's not good enough for us, it won't leave our kitchen.
La Dolce 'Nola is a family endeavor. We treat our customers as guests at our table. This means we don't cut corners in sourcing ingredients or creating our products. We value integrity, hospitality, and good food.

We use the highest quality and organic ingredients. There are no refined sugars or artificial flavorings in any of our recipes.
Our Flavors
We offer three standard 'Nola flavors. All gluten free.
Buckeye: The classic combination from the heart of the Buckeye state: 62% dark chocolate chunks, natural peanut butter, and our blend of peanuts.
Midnight: Granola with a dark chocolate base that’s chocolaty but not sweet, layered with sweetness of hibiscus with tropical notes of dried coconut.
Spiced Apple: Cinnamon granola with laces of vanilla and molasses. Mixed with whole dried cranberries and our homemade ginger cinnamon apple chips.
